1. Purpose
This policy protects customers, users, systems, and the public from misuse of Novuslo software and services. It applies to all users and workloads operated through the services.
2. Prohibited activity
You may not use the services to:
- Violate law, regulation, sanctions, contractual obligations, or the rights of others.
- Access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
- Distribute malware, conduct phishing, evade security controls, or facilitate cyber abuse.
- Generate or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Make prohibited automated decisions about individuals without required review, notice, or legal basis.
- Process highly sensitive information in a manner inconsistent with the applicable agreement or deployment controls.
- Interfere with service integrity, probe vulnerabilities without written authorization, or bypass usage limits.
- Use Novuslo to provide undisclosed payment processing, money transmission, or other regulated services.
3. Customer responsibility
Customers must authorize integrations, control user access, review workflow behavior, maintain appropriate backups, and apply human oversight where errors could materially affect people, property, rights, or business operations.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or suspend affected access when reasonably necessary. We may cooperate with lawful requests and preserve relevant records as required by law or contract.
5. Reporting
Report suspected misuse to abuse@novuslo.com. Security vulnerabilities should be reported to security@novuslo.com.
